Must live locallyHybrid REMOTE (Work from home with regional travel)The Nurse Practitioner Manager (“NP Manager”) leads and manages Nightingale nurse practitioners (NPs) in a designated market or geographical region. This position provides oversight, coaching, supervision and onboarding of NPs to ensure that quality, cost-effective care is provided for chronic kidney disease (CKD) and/or end-stage kidney disease (ESKD) patients. Participates in population health management and overall financial viability of the program. The role functions autonomously, yet in partnership with operational and clinical leadership on accountability for costs, fees, and expenses related to the NPs they manage, quality initiatives; outcomes and performance measurements. Managers care a small patient roster, and flexes within reason, with the needs of the business such as providing coverage for open positions as needed.
