JOB SUMMARYResponsible for managing the design and development of Charter’s technical, customer service, sales, marketing, Charter Business, and leadership training programs. Manage vendors and internal staff responsible for program design and development. Work with Corporate Learning Solutions verticals along with various customer stakeholder and subject matter expert teams, leverage existing materials, direct vendors, and develop programs to establish consistent Charter curriculum.This role is On-site, Charlotte 4 days. 1 Day Hybrid.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESActively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
