Job DescriptionThis position is located at Hogan Regional Center in Danvers, Ma.The Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services (DDS) is dedicated to creating, in partnership with others, innovative and genuine opportunities for individuals with intellectual disabilities to participate fully and meaningfully in, and contribute to, their communities as valued members.The Department of Developmental Services (DDS) is excited to announce a career growth opportunity to a motivated and talented individual for a Maintenance Working Foreman position at the Northeast Region at Hogan Regional Center.The Maintenance Working Foreman meet daily with the Maintenance Supervisors to discuss priorities and the planning of future jobs and ordering supplies. They will also work closely with other members of the maintenance staff to perform job-related tasks and projects. The Maintenance Working Forman will also be responsible for the supervision of staff of a lower grade.
