A need has arisen within the legal department in the company’s headquarters near Paris to recruit a M&A lawyer.Join our M&A Team (3 people), where you will report to and work under the direction of the Deputy General Counsel.You will have multiple interactions within Schneider Electric: you will work closely with the M&A execution team, as well as other cross-functional groups (sustainability team, consolidation, compliance, export control…).Your role:Management of M&A transactions, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating non-disclosure agreements, letters of intent, term sheets, purchase agreements, and related ancillary transaction documents ,Managing and performing legal due diligence as well as managing post-closing matters and disputes.
