JOB DESCRIPTIONPosition Summary:Keep material handling equipment clean, operational, and batteries charged at all times. Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on battery cables and connector. Troubleshoot and investigates equipment/battery malfunctions. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.RESPONSIBILITIESEssential Job Functions:Perform preventative maintenance on material handling equipment batteriesRepair minor cable and connector damageMaintain batteries and ensure that they are charged at all times and in working conditionKeep work area clean at all timesMaintain flexibility to work any shift, including overtime, weekends, nights and holidaysMust be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
