Job DescriptionThe Department of Developmental Services (DDS) seeks a caring and compassionate applicant for the role ofLicensed Practical Nurse II(LPN II) who is committed to building meaningful relationships in order to provide outstanding care and service. The LPN II participates in the delivery of health care services and other support services to individuals with developmental disabilities in homes in the community. This candidate works to promote good health, prevention of illness, and support individuals to maximize their independence and become active members of their communities. LPN II works closely with direct support staff and are considered a part of coverage. The candidate also monitors Medication Administration and completes necessary documentation as requested.
