The ideal candidate will be familiar with strategic legal department solutions within a global corporate ecosystem. The Legal Technology Expert will have experience with large data sets, legal document management systems (LDMS), familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools, matter & spend management (MSM) tools, and other emerging legal technologies including advanced Data and AI applications. Working with the Legal Operations Manager, the ideal candidate will assist in building the necessary connection between Legal and IT departments, facilitating the adoption of innovative technologies, and streamlining legal operations and data communications and compliance across related operating company legal departments and global jurisdictions.
