Job Description:In Workplace Consulting, the Lead Retirement Administrator (LRA) is responsible for processing pension (and possibly post-retirement health & welfare) transactions. Other key responsibilities include performing pension benefit calculations, working with data, creating forms & letters that are used to communicate with participants and beneficiaries, working with pension disbursements, and interacting with colleagues to provide information to plan sponsors, participants, beneficiaries, and third parties.
