Job Description SummaryThe successful candidate(s) will be a Lead Materials Engineer for nondestructive testing and evaluation technologies for Wind Turbine productsJob DescriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesMaintain material and special process specifications for nondestructive test methods and procedures.Work with suppliers to interpret specifications/standards and optimize production methods/techniques.Review supplier and service provider NDT procedures and techniques to ensure compliance with codes, standards and specifications.Service and RCA projects support - NDT process development for field inspection and validation.Interface with services teams and 3rd parties to develop field procedures and review results.Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and standard work.Identify technology development opportunities for growth and investment.
