What you’ll do:The primary responsibility of Firmware Lead will be to technically lead Embedded Firmware development for Eaton’s Crouse and B-Line electrical business products.The lead will be responsible to understand product requirements, design, development & validation of embedded SW. The lead will also provide technical solutions,follow defined processes & lead in product development & technology innovations.The position requires the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment, strong motivation for pursuing project objectives and the ability to learn newtechniques and development processes. We are looking for candidates who are able to see the bigger picture; strength in a system-level viewpoint is a must
