WHAT YOU’LL DOThe LAB Talent & Performance Senior Director will be responsible for the deployment and performance management of BCG’s client facing talent as well as the learning & development and sustainable working of all BCG talent across the London-Amsterdam-Brussels (LAB) System. You will report to the LAB People & Operations Senior Director and work very closely with the other LAB People leaders of Talent Acquisition, HR, BST People, and People Analytics, as well as the Talent Business Partners to deliver the broader People agenda. For the functions in your domain, you will ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day operations, while driving key strategic initiatives. You will have responsibility for all team and budget related topics within your functions.
