WHAT YOU’LL DOAs a Knowledge Senior Director (KSD) within BCG’s Operations Practice Area, you will partner with leadership in shaping the strategic priorities for the Manufacturing & Supply Chain (M&SC) domain. You will enable value-added delivery on case work, content agenda and build business initiatives, leading a team of M&SC experts. You will drive the team vision, evolve the knowledge team business strategy and capability efforts via innovation in tools, offers, services. You will also be responsible for the talent growth and development.Besides providing a distinctive expertise towards business build for M&SC Knowledge Team business, you will also be an active contributor to commercial campaigns, proposals and case work and present expertise in external events, building external reputation as an expert.
