WHAT YOU’LL DOAs a Knowledge Expert (KE), Team Manager within BCG’s Financial Institutions Practice Area, you will collaborate with Financial Institutions Practice Area (FIPA) leaders, providing industry and/or functional expertise and insights. You will work together with case and proposal teams to provide knowledge assets, analysis and expert advisory. You’ll serve as a thought partner and content expert to case teams and topic/sector leaders, helping structure and solve complex issues.Additionally, as a KE you will drive development of Intellectual Property (IP) and Knowledge Assets to support the FI sector/topic business, serving as an active contributor to commercialization efforts for the FI topic/sector, whilst working with business leaders to drive proposals & go-to-market efforts. As a KE, you will line manage a team of analysts- taking responsibility for their goal setting, ongoing feedback and career development support.
