What will you do?Drive main employee administration processes from onboarding to offboardingPerform workforce administration activities (i.e. preparation of employment related documents, HRIS updates…) within a defined process in compliance with local law & regulationsProvide support and consultation to Employees regarding HR process and HR-related itemsPrepare HR related reports, on a regular or ad-hoc basisTriage employee enquiries via our ticketing system and build and update HR information available 24x7 based on subject matter’s expertiseParticipate on HR digital tools implementation locally and regionally in partnership with global stakeholders and vendorsCultivate continued partnership within HR, other functions and vendors to ensure sustained service deliveryOther HR related tasks which are the result of internal priorities or team responsibilities reorganization.
