Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.What you’ll do:Eaton’s Co-Op Program at our Jackson, MI Aerospace Group Manufacturing Plant is for students pursuing a degree in engineering.The objective of this program is to develop your technical skills in engineering through a practical experience and assist in your personal development of leadership competencies through training, networking and coaching. During the program you will provide engineering services to support the operations of our dynamic and exciting Aerospace business through an assignment in Sustaining Manufacturing Engineering.
