You will be responsible for managing a team of 8 to 10 colleagues, leading and driving the complete planning to execution of customer-facing marketing activities for the Digital Energy Division.This organisation is both the creative engine and the operational hub that activates our demand generation approach into one consistent branded end-to-end experience through paid customer acquisition campaigns, turning web visitors into customers, and building unique innovation experiences through our events, hubs and digital media.You will be a digital native marketer, creative developer, and adept at driving omni-media campaigns while fostering an analytical high-performance culture based on a deep understanding of user behaviour and the ability to leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaign conversions. In addition to functional expertise, this role requires a high degree of cross functional leadership to ensure success.
