AAA Club Alliance is seeking an experiencedInsurance Customer Service Representativefor our Insurance Call Center. This position is responsible for handling property & casualty (p&c) related customer service and/or billing inquiries and problems via the telephone. May provide customers with plan coverage information, quotes, policy changes, and policy change impacts to premium.Property and Casualty insurance license requiredOpportunity to work from home; however, candidates must live within our territoryWork Schedule:Monday - Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. CST with rotating Saturday’s with team. Saturday hours would be 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
