CO Salary Range: USD 162,000.00 - 243,000.00 per yearMinimum qualifications:8 years of experience in eDiscovery, Information Governance or a related field (e.g., records management, data governance, etc.).4 years of experience working in a legal domain and interacting with executive stakeholders.4 years of experience in program development or managing cross-functional initiatives.Preferred qualifications:Practical experience having driven development and onboarding of a new policy or decision-making framework, legal technology or managing existing technology and related processes.Experience with analytical problem-solving, quantitative analysis, and communicating findings to executive management.Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-changing environments, leveraging sound business judgment and management, problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.Ability to work across teams, build relationships, and influence executives.Ability to develop and understand strategy.
