Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Industrialization Manager.What you’ll do:Job summaryThis role is a key leader of cross-functional teams that drive NPD projects to meet all Eaton policies and requirements. Coordinate with the Design Managers all the support required to validate the design from the point of view of Industrialization, prototyping of components and also functional product for its subsequent evaluation, coordinate with the Plant all the resources to achieve the goals related to the launch of new products. Coordinate all capital investment for new products, ensuring addition to PP on time and also ensuring all capital is spent according to plan.Ensure the correct selection of equipment and part processes. Making sure the program manager is hitting all defined milestones for launching a new product and making sure the Pro launch is being used correctly. Ensure that NPD QE is working together with IE, PM and implement in early stages of NPD the Quality Strategy.
