Job DescriptionThe Human Resources Specialist is responsible for assisting HR leadership with administrative tasks including, but not limited to, collecting HR metrics, coordinating meetings, and creating/maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs). The Human Resources Specialist will be required to interact with visitors, and employees in a professional and cheerful manner. This position will report to the Senior Human Resources Manager.Schedule: This position requires flexible, full-time availability, including nights, weekends, holidays.Job Responsibilities? Responsible for performing administrative functions including collecting and distributing mail, ordering, and stocking supplies, answering phones, and coordinating staff meetings.
