The Human Resources Division within Morgan Stanley is looking for a Vice President to join the HR Business Partner team that supports the Institutional Securities Group. This role is a unique opportunity to become part of a team of strategic Human Resource professionals, focused on partnering with our clients in all aspects of their day-to-day needs. The individual will act as a primary HR Business Partner for the division and handle employee relations issues, career development, diversity and inclusion initiatives and annual processes including year-end compensation, promotions, talent review and performance management.In this role, the individual will have a high level of client interaction and must be able to operate effectively across the full range of HR disciplines and be able to work with Divisional Management and Senior HR colleagues globally. This role offers the right candidate an excellent opportunity to support a complex business with responsibilities over a range of interesting and challenging initiatives.
