Job DescriptionExecutive Office of Housing and Livable Communities (EOHLC) is seeking a Housing/Conversion Specialist in the Division of Housing Development!AGENCY MISSION:The Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities (EOHLC) is charged with creating more homes in Massachusetts and lowering housing costs for residents.Formerly known as the Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD), EOHLC works with municipalities, local housing authorities, non-profit organizations, and development partners to provide affordable housing options, financial assistance, and other support to Massachusetts communities.OVERVIEW OF ROLE:Participate in various aspects of the implementation of the new Conversion to Residential Fund (CTRF) authorized with the enactment of The Affordable Homes Act (AHA) of 2024. Duties will include, but not be limited to, helping develop guidelines, application forms, and application process as well as reviewing applications submitted for CTRF assistance. Duties also include providing technical assistance to developers, consultants, municipalities on CTRF; helping close financing on CTRF projects; tracking all funding commitments.
