As a vital part of our team, you’ll have the autonomy to manage a claim load of 8-10 cases per week, from initial contact to resolution. Your proficiency in Xactimate and XactAnalysis will be key, as well as your ability to write denial letters and collaborate effectively with a DRP (Direct Repair Program). Located in the vibrant Scottsdale, Phoenix, or Tempe, AZ area, you’ll leverage your mastery of estimating fundamentals and regulatory compliance to negotiate settlements, build strong customer relationships, and mentor peers.
