You will lead a team that helps define and design the customer experience from signup and activation to ongoing support across our web and app based digital products. You will build a customer journey that guides sales, engagement and service outcomes. You will collaborate with brand, product strategy, support and engineering teams. You will have a deep understanding of user experience and design principles, a record of success in building digital products and managing and motivating teams.
