The Business Marketing Group (BMG) team connects businesses with their customers on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Messenger to help them grow their businesses through solutions like pages, advertising, messaging, commerce and more. We succeed when we help our customers grow their business leveraging our solutions.Our team is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager who has experience in generative AI, prompt engineering and driving measurable results through growth initiatives. In this role, you will partner with multiple internal teams including marketing, sales, data science, content, and analytics teams to develop prompts and AI-led processes that increase the efficiency and effectiveness of growth marketing campaigns. Being very comfortable with data, you will drive the analytical insight necessary to understand the effectiveness of your work while figuring out how to get things done without relying on others to do the job. You will leverage your experience with both prompt engineering and growth marketing, to rapidly earn trust and credibility with stakeholders.
