Job Description SummaryThe Grid Automation Regional Director - North is accountable for the commercial and financial performance of the region, including growth in orders, sales, profit, and market share. The Grid Automation (GA) Regional Director’s responsibilities cover all customer interactions and activities in the region from inquiry-to-order to order-to-remittance. The scope includes driving sales, business development, new product/system/solution qualification, and customer satisfaction.In close coordination with Grid Automation Region Operations team, she/he manages the business and the team of the region within the frame of strategy, annual Op Plan, and policies defined at Grid Automation level. She/he co-leads the actions for growth with Grid Automation Region and drives actions to meet Orders, Sales, and CM monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets, in full compliance with EHS and GE Vernova Leadership Principles and Behaviors.
