What will you do?We are looking for an experienced Global Mobility Consultant to join our team. This position will play a significant role in supporting the South America countries for international mobility, which includes, global relocation, immigration, payroll etc.In this role you will partner with and provide excellent customer service to HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, our external vendor partners, and employees to support new hires and internally transferring employees. You will collaborate to provide context and consultation of our policies, and guidance around the complexity of Immigration and Global Mobility practices and issues. You will support updating our documented processes and standard operating procedures and recommending process improvements.
