Job Summary & ResponsibilitiesGlobal Banking and Markets is seeking an Analyst to support Cross Asset Sales Equities in Dallas, Texas. The Global Banking and Markets division encompasses both FICC (Fixed Income, Currency and Commodities) and Equities businesses. The Dallas Team partners with leadership amongst these businesses to manage commercial initiatives and implement process improvements across the franchise. This role supports the desk with confirmation, onboarding and fails management. Additionally, this role will include client communication and collaboration with various internal teams for trade-related requests.The ideal candidate will have experience working successfully across diverse groups of cross-functional stakeholders and identify opportunities to drive efficient workflow and process improvements. A candidate should also demonstrate comfort with leveraging data and technology to execute efficiently, as well as excellent communication, a passion for financial markets, and interpersonal skills.
