The Loan Management team is a business unit within the Global Banking and Markets division, primarily supporting the Mortgage Loan Trading desk and Global Banking and Markets' Real Estate Finance Group. The team is a multi-faceted diligence and asset management platform specializing in whole loan acquisition, sales, securitizations, and financing opportunities. The Loan Management team has product expertise across mortgages, consumer loans, real estate and warehouse financing.This role will have key responsibilities in underwriting/managing /overseeing commercial real estate loans that GS has an interest in.General- Work collaboratively to achieve department and firm objectives- Develop and maintain market relationships with appropriate vendors and other industry participants
