Hourly rate based on experience, minimum starting rate of $16.50 The Loss Prevention Service Specialist will be placed in high risk/complex stores. The primary role of the LPSS is to engage customers, promote customer service and provide deterrence to theft. The LPSS will be highly visible and spend the majority of their time at the store entrance and in “Center Core”. The LPSS will work to raise shortage awareness among store associates.
