QUALIFICATIONSMinimumWilling to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, or nights as the work demands.Willing and available to work weekends and holidays as needed (emphasis on Prime Time)Store retail experience with an emphasis on customer service and front-end operations.Ability to multi task and handle large workloads.Effective written and oral communication skills.Ability to learn a wide range of computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ACE, Supersked, etc.Understanding of all key components of department operations (ie. Managing people, merchandising, inventory management, shrink control, customer service, labor scheduling, expense control)Past work record must exhibit a high level of integrity and dependability.DesiredThorough experience in customer service and all phases of front-end operations.
