It is a 2-year intensive program with four 6-month rotations, combining coursework, a variety of job assignments, and interaction with GE Aerospace leaders. FMP combines business assignments with formal classroom and virtual training in finance, accounting, business, soft skills and leadership development. Roles are structured around the core domains in GE Aerospace Finance (Financial Planning & Analysis, Supply Chain, Commercial, and other). Each FMP is required to complete one of each throughout their time in the program.
