Growing together.TheFoster Care Liaisonshall be the direct plan contact for care coordinators and service providers, and will be responsible for assisting members, families and other stakeholders navigate and coordinate the various programs and systems of care for children in foster care. The Foster Care Liaison shall have the authority to assist with access to care issues (including facilitation of pilots to improve health outcomes, reduce placements and reduce use of psychotropic medication).
