This preventive care can help patients stay well at home.This is a field-based position covering the greater Springfield, MO area. You will be in the field approximately 75% of the time going into members homes. You will be working from home when not in the field. The cities in your territory include but not limited to: Salem, Rolla, West Plains, Springfield, Van Buren, Mountain Grove and Willow Springs.
