Reviewing OPM Federal HR processes/transations across the hire-to-retire lifecycle, documenting and creating business scenarios to test the Workday product, analyzing the Workday product based on OPM Federal HR processes, and conducting a fit/gap of the Workday functionality. Working with a team of resources to create a project plan, assigning resources, documenting issues and action items, and communicating with HRaaS leadership the status of the project.
