QUALIFICATIONSPrior experience in the maintenance field or appropriate school training.Basic knowledge of all food service equipment and material handling equipment.Forklift certification required.Ability to travel safely with a valid driver’s license and insurance.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrates ability to make intelligent decisions quickly and solve problems.Basic trouble shooting skills.Some knowledge of Company operations and procedures.Knowledge of computer applications required.Customer service role model.Self-motivated, able to organize, prioritize, plan and meet deadlines.Must be professional, dependable, possess positive attitude, good judgment, and be able to gain the support of others to get the job done.
