The candidate will work closely with senior management of Morgan Stanley Fund Services (MSFS), both local and global, to ensure the smooth functioning of business in general and accounting team in particular. The role includes but not limited to, managing the operational risk of the business, ensuring best in class client experience on all the business products, creating efficiency in business processes, acting as a culture carrier of the firm, retaining and developing talent, motivating and mentoring employees in achieving their career goals.
