Role: EUC EngineerLocation: Reigate, UKResponsibilities:Provide support, maintenance, and engineering enhancements to end-user focused hardware, technologies and platforms. This could include, but not limited to, OS image creation, application packaging, policy management, and mobile device management.Act upon instruction from the internal ticketing system, such as delivering project tasks, implementing requests for change in system access, and aiding in diagnosis/problem solving from escalated incidents.Proven track record of 2nd line technical support experience in a service desk environment.Excellent experience in supporting a wide variety of end-user hardware in the Microsoft and Apple eco-systems (Remote Desktop, Apple Business Manager, VMware Workspace ONE MDM, VDI support - ideally AWS Workspaces, AD and Group Policy administration, Okta Workforce SAML authentication experience)
