Job DescriptionPosition Summary:The candidate will support the development of JCIDS capability documents [Initial Capability Document (ICD), Capability Development Document (CDD), CDD Annexes as required, and DOTMLPF Change Recommendation (DCR)] that propose DOTMLPF solutions to Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) capability gaps.
