Job Duties:Ensures accounts payable are paid in timely mannerPerforms all periodic bank reconciliations;Maintains the chart of accountsIssues timely and complete financial statementsAssists in the preparation of the holding company annual reportAssists in the management of holding company and investor transactionsAssists in the Asset Liability Management ProcessProvides financial analyses as neededAssists in gathering of information to external auditors for the annual auditComplies with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
