WHAT YOU’LL DOThe Engagement & Special Projects Senior Manager/Director will work closely with the NYC Office Leader (OL) and NYC Business Management Executive Director (BMXD), collectively, the NYC office Leadership Team, to support shaping and execution of internal and external engagement and communications strategy for BCG New York. The Engagement & Special Projects Senior Manager/Director will also have a role in supporting the Leadership Team as they shape and implement of their business and people priorities, helping to ensure that the New York office takes a strategic and thoughtful approach to defining and executing day-to-day on internal and external engagement opportunities in support of its broader people and commercial objectives.
