Job DescriptionEmployee Wellness ClinicianThe Massachusetts State Police is seeking a dedicated and motivated Licensed Independent Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to serve as an Employee Wellness Clinician on the staff of the Department’s Employee Assistance Unit (EAU). The clinician will:• Attend and lead critical incident debriefings.• Provide clinical office hours.• Provide individual crisis intervention and assessment.• Support the EAU with promoting mental health and wellness.• Collaborate with EAU staff with crisis/risk management plans.• Assist with outreach activities.• Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations, including Health Insurance Portability Accountability Act, (HIPAA) regulations which govern the privacy and confidentiality of information.
