JOB DESCRIPTIONProvide human resource consultation and support and implement HR strategies throughout division. Partner to lead the division in developing a high-performance culture where associates are aligned to the business strategy, trained, knowledgeable, and accountable for their performance. Lead the district HR leaders in their execution of human resources functions, including day-to-day tasks across the talent management cycle, associate relations and total rewards.
