OverviewThis is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States.The Director of Risk Management leads the approach and resources to provide second line risk oversight to the first line horizontally and vertically throughout the First Citizens Bank related to business disruption risk. This leader is a strategic partner to the Senior Director, Risk Management for Business Disruption. In this role, the Director must demonstrate deep and broad experience related to operational resilience including business continuity, disaster recovery, crisis / incident management, facilities, recovery, and resolution. This leader must understand operational risk foundational principles and frameworks, FFIEC interagency guidance, FDIC, and FRB expectations commensurate for large financial institutions.
