As part of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), you’ll work with talented associates to provide oversight and guidance for our enterprise change governance program to ensure our businesses effectively manage risk and deliver programs in a well managed way.The Enterprise Change and Risk Governance Team is responsible for defining our enterprise-wide approach to managing the risks associated with change, and with maintaining the standards, processes and procedures that ensure the largest, most critical programs across first and second line divisions are well managed. We partner with first and second line risk managers and Accountable Executives to ensure change governance requirements are embedded into program frameworks and monitor to ensure continued adherence to those requirements. We consult with, advise and prepare program leaders to deliver their best products.
