Job Description:Job Description:Do you enjoy resolving complex legal issues and leading negotiations to support business growth?This role is responsible for representing and protecting Fidelity in the drafting and negotiation of various types of agreements with Fidelity’s largest plan sponsor clients. The Director, Contracts Management works with Sales, Relationship Management, Operations, Finance, Product Management, Compliance, Finance and Corporate Legal to reach the desired business goals of Fidelity, while managing legal/compliance risk for Fidelity.The TeamThe Contracts team is an organization of professionals who have charge over the legal, risk and business contractual framework for trust and other service agreements with our Workplace Investing clients. We are part of the larger Workplace Investing Organization. We are client-facing associates who partner closely with the business and internal legal teams in all phases of the contracting process. We strive to build strong client relationships, while protecting the firm from risk.
