The Director, Compliance Methodology is a senior role on the Compliance Methodology and Testing team within the Compliance Department. This position is expected to shape core components of the compliance program and is responsible for the development, implementation, and integration of components of the compliance risk management framework. The Director serves as a subject matter expert and a trusted advisor to compliance advisors and the business in establishing and implementing programs; provides guidance, governance, and oversight of other central compliance programs; and engages across stakeholder groups to enhance firmwide risk management activities.Responsibilities:• Hires, evaluates, and supervises crew. Provides guidance and training as necessary to develop crew. Sets performance standards, reviews performance, and makes informed compensation decisions in accordance with all applicable Human Resources policies and procedures.
