Director, Chief of Staff - Enterprise Consumer Products TechnologyThe Director, Chief of Staff is a critical position supporting senior leadership, enabling leaders to execute strategic work while ensuring operational rigor. The Chief of Staff will partner with the Managing Vice President within Enterprise Consumer Products Tech (ECPT) organization, which in turn is part of the Enterprise Platforms Technology (EPTech) division. The ECPT organization comprises the Enterprise Mobile application (iOS, Android, Website), the SITE Capitalone.com, test and experimentation platform, LABS organization that drives innovation and the CORE modernization platforms. Collectively these comprise of the most critical Enterprise Platforms that propel growth and innovation for all lines of businesses. The Chief of Staff is responsible for developing, implementing, and sustaining the following four strategic areas foundational for the success of the organization: 1) Strategy, 2) Operational Excellence, 3) Organizational Culture, and 4) Communications.
