Accountable for program innovation and execution. Leads and guides day-to-day management of a cross functional team of partners to deliver best-in-class, results- focused mail programs. Manages all aspects of the direct mail process and schedule, including planning, concepts, designs, printing and distribution. Works with external partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Coordinates with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. Tracks and analyzes performance weekly, focusing on KPIs such as response rates, conversion rates, cost per lead, cost per sale and ROI. Present findings and recommendations for the future.
