This role will be responsible for supporting user problems with hardware and software.Required Qualifications:• Candidate must be located within commuting distance ofMarcy NY orbe willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US (United States)• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.• At least 1 year of Information Technology experience• At least 2 years of Strong end user desk side experience.• Experience in administering desktop applications, tech refresh, OS (Operating System - Windows 10/11) deployments and configurations, meeting support and meeting SLAs.
